Antique Villa Rosa is a beautifully restored 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa sleeping up to six guests, set in the countryside just outside Ceglie Messapica and a short drive from Ostuni. The villa combines original period features with modern comforts, including air conditioning throughout, a private swimming pool, and ample parking, all set within extensively landscaped grounds completed in 2024. Bedrooms are furnished with two king-size beds and one double bed, with a baby crib available on request, while the fully equipped kitchen, wireless broadband, and dedicated dining and living spaces make it well suited to families and longer stays alike.
In late 2020 my wife and I bought our dream property in Puglia. Our renovated home retains many original features but has been modernised internally with air-conditioning throughout. In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. Our Italian home from home is also available for holiday let.
