This is a cosy property that is situated in its own large enclosed garden with an additional large paddock next door that is ideal for exercising your dog.

The Coop is luxuriously appointed with all modern conveniences including an oven, hob, dish-washer and microwave. There is Wifi included. The bedroom area has a king sized bed and there is a pull out double sofa bed in the main living area providing an additional sleeping area, ideal for up to 2 children. The private woodfired hot tub is just a few steps away from your back door., with wood provided.

The location and cottage are ideally suited to those that enjoy the great outdoors, with lovely country walks and local cycle routes. There is also a gym on site and a luxurious Wellis Spa hot tub, that is the perfect way to relax at the end of a long day.

The self contained accommodation is yours and yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Before your visit we will share a welcome email with all the details you need in terms of accessing the property, as well as information on local amenities etc!

No smoking is allowed in the cottage or anywhere on the site. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.

We always aim to ensure that our cottages are sparkling-clean. For the safety of our guests we have an enhanced cleaning routine which includes the disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door and cabinet handles, remotes etc) before you check in.

The hot tub for this accommodation is wood-fired. We will supply all wood, kindling and fire lighters free of charge. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated when you arrive and will take 2-3 hours of continuous burning to get the water up to temperature. Wood is the only fuel type to be used for this hot tub.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you; please ensure this is included on your booking. We accept 1 well behaved dog (over 6 months old) in The Coop (up to 2 with prior agreement - please contact us before making a booking).

Wi-Fi is provided in your accommodation however, please note that due to the rural setting, Wi-Fi speeds may be slower than you are used to.

Gym equipment available for guest use: treadmill, rowing machine, excercise bike, free weights, weights rack and bench. Please note the gym also has a ‘Neo Bike’ but this is not available for guest use.
